Common questions
Helpful facts before you begin.
What does Neuvra build?+
Neuvra designs custom software, automations, websites, internal business systems, AI-assisted workflows, portals, and other practical technology built around a specific problem or idea.
Does Neuvra accept smaller projects?+
Yes. Projects can range from one focused automation or website improvement to a complete operating system for a business.
How does a project begin?+
It starts with a free initial conversation. Neuvra learns about the problem, desired result, and current workflow before recommending a practical approach.
How are projects priced?+
Every project receives a written estimate after Neuvra reviews the complete scope, workflow, integrations, and technical requirements. Most projects begin with an initial payment, with remaining payments connected to agreed milestones and final delivery. The assistant cannot quote a project price.
How long does development take?+
Each proposal includes an estimated timeframe. Timing depends on scope, client responsiveness, requested changes, technical discoveries, and third-party integrations. Neuvra makes reasonable efforts to honor its estimates but cannot promise a universal deadline.
What happens if the scope or cost changes?+
Material changes to scope, pricing, or timing are documented in a written change order and approved before additional work proceeds.
Who owns the finished software?+
Ownership and usage rights are defined in each project agreement. A client may own custom deliverables after full payment, receive a license, or use software hosted by Neuvra. Neuvra retains its pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods, and third-party technology rights.
How does Neuvra handle confidential information?+
Neuvra treats client information, credentials, workflows, and nonpublic business data as confidential. Reasonable project-specific security, privacy, and NDA requirements can be incorporated into the written agreement after review.
Can Neuvra connect with existing software?+
Yes, when the existing platform provides a practical and authorized integration method. Compatibility, access requirements, and third-party limitations are evaluated during project planning.
What happens after the initial launch?+
The initial working release normally enters a 30-day testing and stabilization period, with longer periods available when a project requires them. Neuvra corrects defects within the approved scope before final acceptance. New features or changes are separately evaluated and priced.
Does Neuvra provide ongoing support?+
Yes. Hosting, maintenance, support, and future improvements can be provided under a separate ongoing arrangement or requested as needed.
Are hosting and third-party costs included?+
Not unless specifically listed in the proposal. Hosting, domains, subscriptions, API usage, processing fees, licenses, and outside specialists are separate. Clients may pay providers directly. If Neuvra hires and manages an approved specialist, the cost may include a disclosed 15% coordination fee.
Which terms control the project?+
The signed project agreement, proposal, statement of work, and approved change orders control if they differ from general website information or an AI-generated answer.
